To reward outstanding university graduates specializing in areas related to the Energy Industry, SPE Italian Section (Society of Petroleum Engineers), EAGE (European Association of Geoscientists & Engineers) and Assorisorse (Sustainable Natural Resources and Energy) announce the 29th “Gustavo Sclocchi” Theses Award.
EAGE year-end training courses offer a great way to enhance your knowledge and get up-to-date with the latest developments across multiple disciplines.
The Pandemic years were challenging to keep active the SEG UniPG Students chapter and keep attracted to new coming students. It is important to keep active the chapter and evolve new students because the SEG provides an excellent platform to build a network and skillsets on both a professional and interpersonal level, which are critical for an early career scientist.
AAPG’s Imperial Barrel Award Program (IBA) is an annual prospective basin evaluation competition for geoscience graduate students from universities around the world. University teams compete to win scholarship funds for their geoscience department and the international recognition that comes from competing or winning in the competition. The program is rigorous and contributes to AAPG’s mission of promoting petroleum geoscience training and advancing the careers of geoscience students. The judges will select the winning team based on the technical quality, clarity and originality of presentation.
